Hi, I’m Debbie! I’ve been the Clinic Manager at Aura, since 2015. Working here is a joy—the clinic is a warm, caring place where we aim to make everyone feel welcome.

My journey with chiropractic care began after a car accident in 1985. For years, I struggled with migraines and back pain, trying every therapy imaginable. It wasn’t until I started regular treatments with Trudi and Taneesha that I found true relief. Their gentle, full-body technique has been life-changing, and I’m now migraine-free and feeling great. I genuinely recommend their care to anyone seeking lasting wellness.

Before joining the clinic, I spent 27 years teaching young children in the UK and abroad, including memorable years in Uzbekistan and Latvia. I also run Libra Pilates, which I founded in 2016 to help people stay strong, active, and injury-free through core-focused movement.

In my free time, I enjoy swimming, pilates, music, reading, and travel. I’m part of the Wokingham Rock Choir and love performing locally. Family means the world to me, especially my grandchildren who live in Dubai.
